Before becoming a dentist, I spent my childhood growing up on a dairy farm in Tifton, Georgia. I moved to Rock Hill when I was 18 years old to attend Winthrop University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1989 with a B.S. in Biology. I attended the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) College of Dental Medicine and graduated as First Honor graduate (class rank #1) in 1993.

Dr. Mark Espinal – Rock Hill Dentist
Dr. Mark Espinal is a graduate of Fort Mill High School. He attended the University of South Carolina Honors College in Columbia, SC. He then went to the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2007. Following graduation, he completed the General Practice Residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Espinal then moved back to the area and worked in a group practice prior to working at CCAD.

Dr. Michael Knight – Rock Hill Dentist
Dr. Michael Knight was born and raised in Eastman, Georgia. His wife, Meagan, grew up in Fort Mill and graduated from Fort Mill High School in 2014. They met and began dating when she was attending nursing school at the University of South Carolina, where she graduated in 2018. After graduating from Dodge County High School in 2010, Dr. Knight attended Middle Georgia College from 2010-2012.
